PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING NOTICE – ART. 13 REG. 679/16

The personal data collected through this website and any other information directly or indirectly attributable to you are processed and used in compliance with the principles established by Regulation (EU) 679/16.

Pursuant to and for the purposes of the aforementioned Regulation, the DATA CONTROLLER informs you that any data acquired through this website will be processed mainly through IT tools and procedures for the following purposes:

• responding to your inquiries;
• maintaining a database of frequently asked questions, proposals, and communications;
• subscribing you to our newsletter;
• technical management of website navigation (see also the “Cookie Processing” section).

Providing Registration Data is mandatory. Failure to provide, even partially, the data expressly indicated as necessary for the purposes described above will make it impossible for Embrital Srl to respond to your requests. The legal basis for processing is Art. 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 679/16, as processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject.

The data you provide may be accessed exclusively by employees of Embrital Srl specifically authorized to process such data as data processing personnel and solely for the purpose of carrying out the activities requested by you. Authorized personnel are bound by confidentiality obligations, also pursuant to specific internal regulations. Under no circumstances will the data be disclosed to third parties.

The data you provide will be retained for the period required by applicable laws and regulations.

The Data Controller is Embrital Srl, represented by its legal representative, whom you may contact to exercise the rights provided for in Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, and 77 of Regulation (EU) 679/16.

The exercise of the above rights is subject to the limits, rules, and procedures established by the aforementioned Regulation, which you should be aware of and comply with. In accordance with Article 12(3), the Data Controller shall provide information regarding the action taken on a request without undue delay and, in any event, within one month of receipt of the request. This period may be extended by two additional months where necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. The Data Controller shall inform the data subject of any such extension and the reasons for the delay within one month of receiving the request.
